Warren Tuttle, founder of Tuttle Engineering, established this company in 1977 after serving in the air force. Since then, he and his team have worked on numerous projects around Southern California. With over 40 years experience, Tuttle Engineering has made it a point to satisfy our clients efficiently, honorably, and superlatively.
Field work may consist of one or multiple line items, ranging anywhere from research on the land, boundary surveys, topographic studies, soil reports, and more.
These maps will be used for the construction portion of your project, consisting of rough and final grading plans for multiple aspects of the project.
Much of engineering involves collaboration with private and public entities. For all aspects, Tuttle Engineering will be in constant contact with the city and/or county, architects, contractors, and, of course, the client.
Water plans will include any basins, sewers, hydrology studies, and erosion control. This will all be in accordance with any rules set by the government as well as all environmental factors.
Street plans can range from curb and gutter to the lighting of the street. Improvement plans may also be implemented when necessary.
This will consist of any extra expenses during the period of work, including (but not limited to) prints, shipping costs, extra work on already completed parcels, etc.
